Clark Botanic Gardens

Drove out to Clark Botanic Gardens today.  It was mostly not worth the drive.  I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt though since it has been a very long and very hot summer.

Weatherford Courthouse

New landscaping around the house.  No more sad, mostly dead hawthorn bushes.  These are the bushes from the Fort Worth Botanic Garden sale.

Wishing for a retake

Taken earlier this summer at the Dallas Arboretum.  If it weren't so far over there (and they didn't want $12 to get in) I would love to take a better version of this picture.  I love the texture and color in this fountain but absolutely no part of this picture is quite in focus.
